Practice Makes

One of the visual identity marks for M\e. designed by Ashraf Johaardien

Pitch-perfect.
Picture-perfect.
A perfect storm.
Perfect is not the point.Multidisciplinary names the ground. Interdisciplinary names a method. Neither quite names what happens when writing, image-making, editorial thinking and systems design meet. The work forms in those encounters: text, image, publication, process, or something that has not yet found its form.

Practice

M\e. is an editorial practice. It specialises in mobile-native publishing, built on standards such as FlowBook™, and in campaign copywriting through the line, for digital and print media. A thesis comes back clearer, a website comes back able to say what it does, a festival's ideas come back as a document that scrolls on a phone. It starts by asking what is carrying the weight, because every structure is carried by something.
